Birdwatching Hike in Coastal Mangroves

Set off on an exciting three-hour birdwatching tour, beginning with a walk along coastal mangroves. This unique habitat is home to both fresh and saltwater creatures, making it an incredible spot for experiencing nature.

Your guide will then take you inland to explore denser and more lush plant growth. This is where you will hear exotic calls, spot brightly feathered birds, and fully immerse yourself in Oaxaca’s natural beauty.  

After the hike, we will treat you to a traditional Oaxacan guiso—a hearty stew made with fish, chicken, or beef. The dish is made fresh on a comal and served with beans and handmade tortillas. This unforgettable journey blends nature, wildlife, and authentic Oaxacan cuisine for the perfect outdoor escape!
